Co worker watch me cause I work to hard I’m addicted to work overtime so I leave early instead of staying late cause I don’t want to be the last one their like time to go when I want to stay if I’m late they go around the work area looking for me (cause I come early) there talking in their own language about me staying overtime
Today I left early after 10 hours cause I didn’t want to seem like a loser but I felt guilty cause I wanted to stay

You should ignore other people, do the hours for you are contracted and not leave early when you should be working.
