Should I make up with my mate?

We basically had a small*drag race*in our cars just because we were debating on whos car is faster and better. So we got some private land had a*race, it was put on social media as well and I lost the*drag race. After a few days me and my mate ended up falling out over it. It was meant to he fun but I just thought my friend was trying to embarass me about me losing. I think it was just because I was expecting to win so much and I thought my friend has trying to embarass me because we put the race on social media.


Anyway we have been speaking again and I'm thinking of just making up with him because at the end of the day he's not done anything bad and I haven't its just basically I thought he was embarassing me but he wasn't and it was just a bit of fun.
