Half life

how do you calculate the initial mass of a sample from how long the sample has been left, its half life and its mass after the days it was left for?

basically how do you calculate the initial mass
There is a formula for it. What level are you at?

If it’s simple you just work out how many half lives have passed and then double the remaining sample that number of times.
