A Level Choice Help: Sociology vs Philosophy

I'm doing Chemistry, Biology and Maths but don't know which one to choose between sociology or philosophy.
(I want to do medicine at Uni)

Do you have to do sociology and philosophy? Because the Biology Chemistry and Maths combo is already sufficient for a place in medicine ?

Yes, my school require 4 subjects in year 12 but we can drop one in year 13 (it will probably be sociology or philosophy for me)
