I had applied for ATAS 10 days back and decision date was given on 28 dec will be there any delay . If any delay what should I do?

Potentially there will.
My estimated decision date was 04-Dec-2020, but I have received it on the 8th. If you encounter delays after your estimated decision date you can either email them directly (they will reply within 10 business days), or better, email your student admission person at your university and they can inquire about the status of your application.
