Hello! I did OCR GCSE Latin in 2019 and got a grade 9!

My biggest tip is to really know your vocabulary list well and grammar well for language (it makes life a lot easier in the exam) I recommend Quizlet for this. Here is a link to a great book covering the vocabulary and grammar which you can download:

http://www.saitabooks.eu/2017/02/ebook.213.html

For the prose and verse, make sure you learn your translations well and know what each word means (which really helps when analysing). For me, Latin is very much about memory recall, only real bit of application is understanding how the English words are derived from the Latin words. I believe they have changed the texts from last year (I did a few lines from Aeneid IV and VI for verse and the Druids and Boudicca's rebellion for prose), but nevertheless the same advice is applicable.

Hope this helps!
