So water moves out of the blood plasma and into tissue fluid via osmosis yes? And oxygen moves via diffusion?

So how does glucose move? Is it facilitated diffusion, then active transport?? Or is there no active transport?

Glucose moves through fenestrations (gaps) between capillary endothelial cells.
