Dear admin

I tried searching for an old post with a specific word and couldn't find it.

I know I wrote about a post about this subject; but I couldn't find it. Instead, I had to go through my rep history to find the post (which I eventually did).

I think the search function is broken.

Thank you. I didn't spot that until you mentioned it!

If you want to search your own posts the best way is you through My Profile then view all posts. Then Type in the URL after the member number &query="word"
(You don't need the "").

So like this...
https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/sea...&query=sausage

Very good DD. I will bookmark that link - always worth searching for the sausage!
