Dental Nurse - RoE Help!?

I'm a trainee dental nurse currently doing my NEBDN qualification. I'm so stuck on my RoE as i'm not 100% sure on how to word them or what to include for each one.
My tutor is of no help really, doesn't listen to what i'm saying and it's tough because my course is entirely online so I don't have anyone face to face to ask!

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!!

Portfolio is based on Levisons book, just word differently; if you get feedback saying you’re missing something then use mosby’s book
