I have taken biology, chemistry and maths for my a levels under the impression that I wanted to become a doctor (unsure of a speciality of course just thought I wanted to be a hospital-y doctor) however I've considered it more and I am no longer really appealed to that career path. It seems far too stressful for the lifestyle I want to lead and too... i don't know the word. unstable? im still fascinated by the subject and that field of science so I don't regret my a levels but can someone provide a list of alternate career paths that might appeal to me?

Hi, if you're interested in the science side of medicine maybe have a look at biomedicine or a career in path labs? I had a similar experience deciding not to apply for medicine but ended up applying for microbiology.
