How can I use a dildo without it hurting a lot?
Everytime my girlfriend and I try to use our dildo on me, it hurts very much. I'm a virgin who knows nothing. It's 8.3 inches long and 1.5 inches thick. It feels like I'm being scratched, and sometimes a stinging/burning sensation? We've cleaned the toy,, am I never going to be able to use one? Please help. Edit: we both have vaginas.

You don't say what sex you are so I'm not sure where you are trying to insert it but the golden rule for sex toys like dildos is lube, lube and more lube. Start by lubing a finger, yours or your gf and inserting that moving it around to open you up. Then lube the dildo way more than you think it'll need adn then take your time slowly inserting it and don't be afraid to pull it out and add some more lube.
