It should be books on topics related to chem engineering that interest you. As an alternative, you could watch online lectures/courses, listen to podcasts or read articles (e.g. from a student engineering magazine)
If lectures interested you (adding to the above) I would suggest you take a look at MIT opencourseware: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=mit+opencourseware+chemistry+ Free lectures and course materials from a world class university. I think Stanford and Harvard also have a similar scheme.
