Predicted Grades

I have recently started year 12 and in my first 2 maths exams I got a B and a D. Will this affect my predicted grades as I want and need to be predicted an A.
Teachers will use effort, class test results but also mock exam results (these are the main ones). So if you do bad in one-two exams it doesn’t matter as long as you show your teacher you’re trying hard and asking relevant questions and do good in the mock. Good luck!
I’m literally in the same situation! I just started too and my december results were BCD when i need all A predictions😫

Yes. We had to face a tough paper with very harsh marking and very high grade boundaries for Chemistry mock, and quite a lot of us got predicted a D in the subject.
I don't think those people deserve to get Ds as I think they have the potential to get A/B. All of us will be the few people who do better than predicted, unlike most others who have too generous predictions.
