Got a U in all my A level mocks, what do I do?

Hello, I just sat my year 13 A Level mocks and I got Us in all of them. I really want to try to get A grades for them by the real exams but at the moment I'm struggling and really unsure what to do.

start paying a little attention in class for starters..
Why did you get a U in all of your subjects?
Have you been making notes and revising?

I have fell really behind due to issues over lockdown and I struggle to catch up with the work missed over lockdown while the school is rushing through the year 13 content at the same time due to the possibility of exams getting canceled. I was at around Bs/Cs for my subjects before lockdown but now I have really forgotten everything.

A U normally means more than not revising (although I assume you didn't?), it usually means a fundamental lack of understanding.
Are you attending class? Do you understand what they are talking about? Do you do any homework and what do you usually get?

You're probably going to need some extra help. Start with your teachers. Are you/your parents in a position to pay a tutor?

I don't understand anything in class because firstly I struggle to focus in class due to my ADHD. During lockdown I missed a lot of content and forgot most of the stuff I learnt before lockdown due to many issues that happened during lockdown. I was at around B/Cs for my subjects before lockdown. I struggle to also keep up in class because I don't understand the year 12 stuff to understand the year 13 stuff being taught in class and usually at home I cannot study due to household problems all the time and there's no libraries near me open for me to sit down and study.

This is new information.

Perhaps ask your parents to get a tutor. also try mindful meditation as it increases your ability to concentrate and one of the reasons ADHD people typically do so bad at school is because the inability to concentrate prevents them remembering things properly. ADHD people usually have poor working memories.

They're not giving back papers until after the Christmas holidays, they're only giving the marks.

Work smart and not hard. Find your weaknesses and turn them into strengths.

Thank you so much and yes you're right only person stopping me is myself. I am doing Edexcel Maths, AQA Physics and AQA Biology. After school I can't really study due to household problems and so much family drama and before Lockdown I was getting good grades like Bs because I was able to study at the library but now libraries aren't really open so I find it really difficult to study at home. I have read the spec and I want to make a plan for the Christmas holidays to get as many topics done in good detail as possible.

To be honest with you, I think you are wasting your time with A-levels, either drop out and do a Btec or do a apprenticeship it will be better for you.
I think you should talk to your teachers about your struggles so that they can better support you.

Use the time over the Christmas break to slow things down as your own pace and start going through concepts again. Start with year 12 topics and work your way up to year 13 so that you can gain a good understanding.

If you have time, practice last papers, but first know and understand your topics. Make notes, flashcards, diagrams, you tube videos or voice notes of yourself talking about different topics. Use a learning method that works for you.

Wil they give you a copy? How are you supposed to improve?

There's 7 months to go to the exam so I can't just drop out now plus I'd have to wait until next year to do a BTEC/Apprenticeship if I did drop out because they don't really let you apply midway through academic year so I don't think it would make sense for me to drop out but thank you.
