I initially wanted to study medicine in the UK but I could not afford the overseas tuition fees so I thus had to stay in Mauritius and I chose to study mechanical engineering quite randomly. I hate the course and especially the university I'm attending. I thus want to drop out but I don't know what to do at all.

Email the uni
You won’t find the answer here, especially since you’re in a foreign country and this is a UK forum
