I'm not familiar with the format of your exams, but general advice I'd give:
1) Learn "bookwork": you should be able to state, and ideally prove, the standard theorems and lemmas from your courses and be familiar with common examples and arguments.
2) Practice past paper or specimen questions if they are available.
3) Refresh your memory of the questions on any problem sheets you did.

As in, the problem sheets that were given out to accompany lectures? Or special revision problem sheets?

I don't know how things work at your uni. Conceivably the problem sheets and exams will be similar at some unis, although that wasn't the case at my uni.
