During the one on one interview I finished 7 minutes early so I did get a chance to ask the assessor questions. But to the end of the day I was running late on my final task so did not have time to talk to the assessor. It depends

congratulations to all of you guys who got offers massive well done !!!! im still waiting to hear back from my video interview, anyone who has done the AC can you shed more light on whats expected or whats its like? thank you

One on one interview, scripted about 15 or more questions asked e.g. why do you want this role, why llyods, problems Lloyds may face, team work etc…the basic questions. In terms of group exercise I found that the hardest, but you have to just present about a random thing. Then there’s 3 small individual tasks, you have links and you join the 3 rooms each with different invigilators. You have to read a slide and then answer the questions. I don’t remember exactly what it was but I think one was about the expansion of llyods in different areas. I found those very easy as you just interpret what you see. Have a read as to how banks actually make money e.g. interest rates, that can help. Good luck 🧉

Hi, I’ve got the assessment centre next week on 9th feb for Business Analyst Apprenticeship. Does anyone know what to expect / what happens in the video call for the assessment centre? Never done one before so no clue. Thanks!
