You can't do it just off the mass number can you? Unless you're looking for one on the periodic table with a mass of 34 i guess..
You need the proton number.

which is 16 for all isotopes of Sulphur so electronic configuration is
1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p4?

yes ... proton number does not change in different isotopes
