I'm just about to start writing my CV to apply for a part time job. I have put all the basics in already and it doesn't really stand out from the crowd. Does anyone have any tips on how to make my CV really grab the Employer?

Yes. Go stick your CV up in the CV Help thread as a word .doc and someone will be along shortly!

Say what skills you've got that will benefit the company you are applying for e.g. excellent at communication with others, yet independent in the necessary situations etc.
