I think you should explore ethical concerns in transplant. Again I depends whether the essay is argumentative or not. for instance supposing you stick to ethical dilemma or concerns in transplant, you can describe ethical limitations of using transplant either on the recipients or donors.

you can express your views just ensure you can support with extant literature. and avoid first and send person when writing the paper unless it is a reflection paper. if the tutor didn't specify a standpoint then you are free to discuss for or against.

Ok this is super helpful, would anything indicate a red flag?

So if I were to disagree with something but back it up with evidence or something, Is this not good?

that depends, sometimes you might find two or more studies with conflicting findings on a specific point. If you choose to go with one study say A to back your disagreement tstudies have to critique both studies.
