I am a student at Surrey studying Psychology. I can try and help you out with any questions or information you may need.
In my degree we have modules in cognitive psychology and neuroscience (biological psychology). I guess it depends whether you want to really delve into these topics as doing psychology with cognitive neuroscience will go into more detail. Some pointers to look at is weighing up what a psychology with cognitive neuroscience degree can give you compared to a straight psychology course. So maybe look into the modules and the different skills you may be able to gain.
I hope this helps, please ask questions if you need anymore help.
