Hey, I’ve emailed my teachers several time for essay questions for streetcar named desire no duchess of malfi and they haven’t replied! I can’t find any online so does anyone know any essay questions for this topic? Thanks

What exam board are you doing- I do OCR and doing Duchess of Malfi and the questions are really vague statements

e.g.‘Men may seem more powerful than women, but the reality is very different.’
In the light of this view, consider ways in which writers explore power and gender

But I compare it toParadise lost so not sure if it will be useful!

Hi @Green2002,

In regards to finding past questions if you go the exam boards website you can normally find the past papers there for any questions. Most questions for English Literature are phrased "Explore how (authors name) portrays (character/theme) in (text name). You must refer to conxetual factors during your discussion"
