HMRC Compliance Caseworker Application Process

Hey all,

Just wondering what is the application process for HO compliance caseworker.

From what I understand it is as follows:

- Online Application
- Judgement, Numeracy and Written Test
- Interview

I'm curious what happens after the interview.

Do all successful candidates get placed in reserve list and they appoint from reserve list in the merit order?

Or they appoint the best candidates from the interview and place the people who were good but didn't make the cut in the reserve list?
