Right... I really need to get my sh*t together today!

Biology Lesson 1 from 10:05 to 11:05... make neat, readable notes... complete any tasks. = f*ckin hell it's taking forever to complete 1 lesson :mad:

Have a break at 11:05 to 11:20... eat something... have some water. = went downstairs had an egg sandwich... done a bit of socialisign with fam and I'm back upstairs to finish the damn powerpoint :biggrin:

Biology Lesson 2 from 11:20 to 12:20... make notes again and complete any tasks... Make a note of when the Assignment is due!!

Have a shower by 1:00... pray and listen to my sisters Qur'an by 2:00.

โ€ข

Relax for half an hour... clear your mind... eat something.

โ€ข

2:30 start on Chemistry Assignments on DNA and Cisplatin... limit time until 3:45... if finished early relax... listen to music... go downstairs.

โ€ข

3:45 go downstairs have something to eat... watch TV.

โ€ข

4:15 start planning Arabic Lesson

6:00 to 7:00 Arabic Lesson

โ€ข

7:00 go downstairs... relax... have some water.

โ€ข

7:00 to 8:00 either do interview prep or some maths exam questions on differentiation.

โ€ข

8:00 do some stretches, sit-ups, planks, press-ups and crunches... wash my face with cold water and then go to bed.


Have frequent breaks if you need to... don't stress yourself out too much... take a deep breath and let things flow... just one day at a time :biggrin:

Do you have a โ€˜set timeโ€™ for working out?
So at that particular time, youโ€™d be more likely to work out because youโ€™d fixed on it, rather than at random times of the day. Also, listening to music can help keep you motivated and should clear your mind from all your school related stuff, relieves stress and allows you to get the most out of it

If 8 is normally occupied, why not try a little bit earlier in the morning while everyone is asleep?

I barely workout anymore, whenever I do, I normally just do the bare minimum. Iโ€™m already in shape, so I work out like once every 2 weeks. Itโ€™s normal to forget about the challenge, maybe you need some motivation? Have you tried watching a few YouTube videos/ more research than normal so you have a goal you want to reach?

Headphones plugged into laptop while working out will be sooo awkward lmaoooo. Why donโ€™t you just play music out loud? (Obviously at a suitable volume to not disturb, or might, disturb others)?

i love sleep too much to wake up any earlier than 5:30

lucky u... thats wat i shud have done wen i had lost weight wen i went to Pakistan i just completely stopped working out and gained double the weight and lockdown deffo didn't help... well done for at least working out every 2 weeks its good for u not just to stay in shape but also for ur mental health
i follow chloe ting she's really good... idk wats wrong wit me man my body just doesn't like to co-operate with my mind lol

i need to wake up at 6 at least to pray lol
then i help my mum with housework til 10 ish then maybe i cud fit in an hour but then i also need to start doing school stuff
acc imma try that tomoz @ 10 am imma work out for an hour and see if its better
she's a really good youtuber... she does different routines and things... i do her warm up and cooldown routine after every workout
so true... i rate the people who actually used the lockdown to have a full glow up cos that's wat u call motivation... lockdown just fully transformed me into a lazy ass elephant tbh

Yeah, so many applicants that have no rejections will be more likely to get disappointed or affected in the long run while in medical school because they wouldnโ€™t be used to it. So if anything, take it as an experience that youโ€™re going to learn how to overcome.

yh it their loss when it comes to keele and imperial but MY loss when its Leeds
thanx ill try not to worry lol imma just have to really try for the Lancaster interview becos that's my only chance of getting into medicine now
