Why is the "actual kJ/mol of hydrogenation of benzene" 152 kJ/mol?

I know you have to do 3(120) - 208 = 152 but why??
It's to do with the delocalisation making benzene more stable

152kj/mol is the difference between the kekule structure value for hydrogenation and the delocalised models value for hydrogenation.
