If I were to open a food stall in Borough market or Camden, what kind of street food is considered smashing for people, especially young adults, living in London and what is the price range? is it better if I buy ingredients at stores like Asda and Aldi or from small shops like Spice of Asia? Cheers.

Chinese food. And it depends really. I would certainly do market research first however.

You buy ingredients from wholesalers.

What food do you like?
