accomodation in eastbourne

Hi, I got a conditional offer from the University of Brighton but my course will be taught at the Eastbourne campus. I was wondering if anyone knows any accommodation options apart from welkin halls. I know few but they are an hour away from the leaf hospital and the campus itself so I'm looking for a place preferably a studio closer to those places. if you know anywhere or know someone who lives there, could you pls help me find out more about accommodations.
