Not so much discounts but still kind of freebies. If you use Student Beans and/or have a TOTUM card, you can use it to claim a freebie from McD (ice cream, cheese burger or chicken Mayo) with any saver or wrap meal.

Greggs if you purchase the sandwich meal deal, you can claim a free sweet treat with Student Beans.

You can also do the same with KFC where if you spend £3 or more, you can claim a free snack box or Krushems. Normally I take advantage of this and break my order down into multiple orders for things like this to get multiple snack boxes or krushems. Yes it cheats the system and makes me look a little cheap but I don’t care. =)
You will need to link your student beans account to your KFC colonials club app in order to benefit for KFC though.
