I just want my family

Hey, so my family who live in afghanistan, and everyday is constant danger as you may know. I want them to come to the uk because of how dangerous it is there but they don't have the visa etc to be able to enter the UK. Myself and my family aren't the richest people so we are unsure of how to get them to the UK. Please give any advice if you have any. Thank you!

Hi, I am really sorry you and your family are going through this. I have no idea how it all works but maybe you could speak to citizens advice? Or the afghanistan embassy (I believe they are based in London)? Perhaps check on social media for people who deal with these kinds of things? I hope you and your family work it out!

This is a complex matter, as you will know.

I think that you need the advice of a solicitor specialising in Immigration Law.

I would advise getting in touch with the firm Duncan Lewis; they have a very good Immigration team. I do think that you need to speak to a solicitor, you need specialist expertise.

PS You do need to speak to someone in confidence, for your family's safety, which is why you need to speak to a solicitor rather than any other organisation.
