I am stuck with my German online work, could someone possibly take some time to explain what i have to do and do a question as an example for me? I would greatly appreciate it 
To say what people could or should do to stay fit, use the imperfect subjunctive mood of können (to be able to) and sollen (to be supposed to). You need the imperfect tense endings for this:
1. Ich sollte weniger Fasatfood essen.
