Usually emergency flights are still able to be taken, in the last lockdown as far as I know, flights were still going but it all depends on which country you're going to and if they're still able to allow flights.
Personally, our university cancelled the study abroad scheme last year since the lockdown was announced so I'd go direct your university and ask them this question!
