I would actually say C, reabsorb all glucose. My reasons:
A) Break down toxins - the liver breaks down toxins, kidneys excrete them
B) Eliminate all salts - e.g. NaCl is retained
C) Reabsorb all glucose - glucose is only found in the urine with excess glucose in the blood e.g. diabetes
D) Retain all water - excreted water makes urine liquid and water needs to be excreted to maintain correct body water volume so no it's not all retained

That's right, healthy kidneys should reabsorb all glucose. Everything you've said is correct.
