Missed period
Me and my bf had unprotected sex like 3 weeks ago. 1 week before my period I had a lot of brown discharge for 4-5 days and now my period is 5 days late and I don’t really have any period symptoms. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative but I think it’s too early to take one. Also I’ve been stressing a lot for some weeks 
It might just be the stress as stress can delay or make a period earlier.

Does it matter if the test says 8-11 weeks and I take it after my period was late for 4 days?

I think on the pregnancy test it said after 8-11 weeks after missed period?
Just try not to stress and if it doesn’t come before you have the test ( more then 4 more weeks ) you most likely may be.
