need a new laptop /:
hi everyone 
i'm looking for a new laptop bc mine has completely given up on me (not the best timing). i want something quite light and thin so it's portable; if we ever do go back into uni. i'm doing a creative writing degree so it will be for all my work, online lectures and for everyday use - if that is any help at all.
i've also been warned off chromebooks but i'm open to getting one if they're genuinely good for uni
budget is preferably under £250 but if you have a suggestion thats more in the £300 range then thats fine too

I'm pretty sure at that budget you'll have to get a chromebook

Hiya,
This link has some really good recommendations - https://spacehop.com/best-laptop-under-300/. My housemate has the HP notebook which is lightweight and very affordable, so could be a really good option for you!
