If she feels stressed that I have someone else

My ex girlfriend told me that I stressed her out because of what I said, I asked her what did I say and she said that I had someone else. Why does she feel stressed that I said that?

I'm not sure I understand your question, did you say 'you have someone else' in the sense that she is replaceable as a girlfriend? That's probably it lol. She might think you're going to leave her.
