You haven't provided much detail but..
You need to start from the start and do some reading on the topic.
For example:
When it comes to biology you are looking at the brain functions; central nervous system, the different neurons reacting. The body functions; how the cells are working, the organs, how do all of the systems work together? For example, when we feel something hot the body sensors in our body let the brain know, which activates the autonomic nervous system this then activates the sympathomedullary pathway (SAM) which is the flight or flight response - causing us to move our hand away really quickly, increasing our heart rate ect. (I'm a psychology student though so it might be too psychological).
For the behavioural, you would probably need to look at the cognitive functions in the brain and link them together with the behaviours.
But the main point is Do some reading on the topic! Look at the learning objective and the material in the lectures.

To meet the criteria you must include:
An introduction
Biological approach
2 assumptions (your choice - neurotransmitters, localisation, evolutionary influences)
A theory - Buss and Barnes - mating preferences
An evaluation (or compare and contrast after both approaches have been covered)
Behaviourist approach
2 assumptions (classical conditioning, operant conditioning
A theory - Bandura's Social Learning Theory
An evaluation or a compare and contrast of the approaches
A conclusion.
