Is linear algebra step by step by Kuldeep Singh good for self-learning linear algebra ( given that i am very confident with a level maths and further maths)? Is there any other good books for me to self learn linear algebra or abstract algebra?

It's good / well regarded. Tbh, if you have access to either just see which youre likely to find the most readable. Both are good, but it's nearly impossible for someone to predict which you'd find best.

Linear algebra step by step is really good book. You can use this book for distance learning because there are videos which describe the topics in the book and also there are complete solutions to all the problems.

I totally concur with the previous post that Linear Algebra step by step is a fantastic book which you can use for self-study. I have found the complete solutions and videos beneficial for my learning of this module.
