calculate the upper bound and lower bound of 32.2, 132 and 72.82
32.2 upper bound = 32.15 lower bound = 32.25
132 upper bound = 132.5 lower bound = 131.5
Let's say you had to find the upper and lower bound of 15.6.
If you had 15.55 it would round up to 15.6. Anything less that that would round down so, 15.55 is your lower bound. If you had 15.64999999 it would round down to 15.6 BUT the upper bound is still said to be 15.65, However if you were asked specify the limits of accuracy you would write 15.55 <= x < 15.65
