What factors to pick uni based on

I have offers from my top choices York and Exeter for Politics. They’re both similar courses so what factors should I consider to make a pick?

The course. Its this that you'll be doing every day for the next three years.
It doesnt matter how good the nightlife is, if the course doesnt interest you, it'll all be pretty miserable.
They will not be identical. Look at all the optional units, for all three years of the course, in detail - which would you pick, and why.
