Noisy neighbours

So my neighbour is renovating his house since last summer.. he is being loud very often. I'm an uni student staying at home during the lockdown and I can't really concentrate on my studies.
What would you guys recommend on doing?

Where can I report it? Would council be able to do anything?

The neighbour's allowed to renovate his home. He isn't breaking any laws. As long as it's done during the day and not in the middle of the night
just as long the noise isn't going on at night
