After you feel less drained, focus on one area you want to improve on and figure out how you will make improvements in it. Then work on making those improvements every day - making sure that each day you set yourself a manageable and realistic task. Even doing 15 minutes of good honest work (improvement) can build up over a long period of time.
Make a list of goals
Find time to relax too- pamper yourself, shower, eat, meditate, watch a movie or TV show, nap, read, breathe, dance to music, smile, make cupcakes, reflect on life and also learn a new skill. Take up a new language too.
Live your life proactively instead of reactivel
Set short, mid, and long-term goals.
Cut toxic people out of your life.
