1) You applied to UWE, not Bristol. Most 'interview' courses will not make the bulk of offers until they have completed all offers. Unis have until early May to respond and yes, some offers are made that late.
2) Cancel your entire application and apply next year.
They are two totally different Universities!

Bristol : https://www.bristol.ac.uk/ - central Bristol
UWE : https://www.uwe.ac.uk/ - out in the suburbs

I had no idea there was a difference between UWE and bristol, Maybe cos i'm an international student !
Also you don't have to take a gap year you can always try get a course in clearing.
How was ur bristol university assessment what did they ask
