Resit Year without a gift year

Hi.
I have done two years at university. I have also previously done two years which were waived due to illness.
This year I did have an illness, in terms of suicidal ideation and psychotic symptoms.
If I am asked to resit a year.
Will student finance England consider my situation extenuating and provide funding for an extra year?
Currently they would have funded three years. Minus the gift year and waived a year and half due to illness.

To clarify:
You did two years previous
You claimed CPR for the finance
You’ve started a new course
You’re in year two now and might have to resit?
Is that accurate?

Then they won’t fund a second gift year unless you apply of CPR for your previous gift year or the year that you have to re-sit.
