are uni's more likely to accept you if you are a minority. For example i am a poc, gay woman. Eg for diversity quota's

Why would they be more likely to accept you?
Diversity quotas aren't a thing in UK universities.
In America racial quotas actually disadvantages POC, that is specifically Asian POC.
Universities do however have various schemes in place for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

tbh it's not school policy as positive discrimination and diversity quotas are illegal in the UK. see here on the University of Cambridge website:
