I went to the shop after my online class. My mum returned from work half an hour ago, found out and flipped her ****. She’s binned about £10 of new food, keeps calling me sneaky and shouting at me and she slammed the washing machine door.

I'm a little concerned at this if I'm completely honest with you. Is this a regular occurrence?

Yes.
Is your mother taking any medication, opposed to you going shopping without her or in the habit of throwing temper tantrums?

Hey, look, you're safe here. It's not like I could ever found out where you lived so I can hardly send anyone over even if I were inclined to, but I wouldn't interfere like that unless I genuinely thought your life was in danger or something.

I hope that you are able to escape to uni and put a lot of distance between yourself & her 'bad moods'.
Good luck!
