So basically the pipe in our upstairs bathroom had come off the wall, and as we used the sink the water was spilling on the floor. It must have gone through the floorboards, I’ve re attached the pipe and used towels to soak up any excess water, however now downstairs there is water dripping from the lightbulb fixture on the ceiling which is directly below the bathroom. Ive posted a note on the light switches saying do not use, do I just now let it dry out and not use any of the electrics in the kitchen? Or do I need to close the whole of the house electrics off????? Any help on what to do would be appreciated!!

Home electrics are on circuits so it may not just be the one room affected. Turn off the electricity to the whole house and get the professionals in; an electrician and a plumber to ensure the water leak doesn't happen again.
