THEY HAVE
Tories and Labour won the bigger vote share in 2017 since 1970
In 2017 Tories and Labour had 89% of seats
Support for Lib Dems collapsed in 2015 and 2017 general elections
FPTP protects the Labour and Tory duopoly
The way parties are funded makes it hard for small parties to break the system
THEY HAVEN'T
In devolved assemblies, power is shared by more than 2 parties
Smaller parties have been higher influentially in recent general elections
SNP still has a significant parliamentary presence
Tories and Labour have not won a large parliamentary majority since the 2005 general election

Hope this helps x

Another example denying a two party system:
The 2016 United Kingdom European Union membership referendum was added to the Conservatives' manifesto to secure the vote of Euroskeptics who would tradtiontally vote for UKIP.
In 2010 Conservatives needed a coalition to obtian and secure power.
In the European parliment, it was mostly filled with third parties.
