Offer clarification HELPP

I just got an offer from NTU. And in it they I have to meet the conditions of the offer of course, but they also say that I’ll have to pay 3000 GBP because of tier 4 visa. Is that right? Does that happen?
They have clearly assessed you as a non-UK/Home fee payer.
If you want to question this then email the University.

Hi! yes, I know i’m not a home fee payer, but I didn’t know that you had to pay the university just for your visa. This is a payment that they’re making me pay just for my visa, and I didn’t know about this

You dont have to pay the Uni for your visa - contact the University to clarify this.
