Push forward the time you go to sleep by 30 minutes or an hour each day and set forward your morning alarm by the same amount so that you have about 6-8 hours sleep. Eventually you’ll establish a better sleeping pattern and wake up at 8am.

3pm?! Surely you must go to sleep at 7-8am to wake up at that time? You don't have to wake up as early as 8am, though; I'm averaging 10:15 and managing to get quite a lot of work done. The main thing is not to be too hard on yourself; it's a tough time for everyone!

I sleep 12 hours unless I use an alarm. And I end up sleeping through the alarm

That could be a sign of an underlying medical condition, as those two things don't sound totally normal. Might want to speak to your GP...

You can try going to sleep earlier like around 10pm and stop using tech b4 bed if you do so already. You can also excercise a lot during the day which will get u tired by the end of the day and keeps you healthy. Also dont eat any food before bed either but if you have to then choose something with not much sugar in

you should be getting around 8 hours of sleep, you are literally losing 4 hours of time everyday.

you've lost more than 4000 hours of your life already.
