I get up at 3pm unless I have an online lesson. How can I get up early at 8 AM so I can study? Please any advice appreciated

Push forward the time you go to sleep by 30 minutes or an hour each day and set forward your morning alarm by the same amount so that you have about 6-8 hours sleep. Eventually you’ll establish a better sleeping pattern and wake up at 8am.

3pm?! Surely you must go to sleep at 7-8am to wake up at that time? You don't have to wake up as early as 8am, though; I'm averaging 10:15 and managing to get quite a lot of work done. The main thing is not to be too hard on yourself; it's a tough time for everyone!
