Use MyfitnessPal or buy weighing scales, and either weigh the individual things that you eat, or weigh whole packets (e.g crisps) pre and then post - you eating from them.

This might not be what you want to hear, but don’t count calories. Fuel your body with things you know are good for you and stop worrying about how many calories things have. I get that you want to lose weight, and good luck to you. But I find the idea of counting calories, (for lack of a better word) silly
